Paolo Carrer

Prof. Paolo Carrer, Medical Doctor, Ph.D in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene, Professor of Occupational Health at the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Milan. He is coordinator of the Unit "Ospedale Sacco" of the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health, University of Milan, and Director of the Occupational Health Unit of the Hospital "Luigi Sacco" of Milan, Italy. Since 1990 he has been deeply involved in several national and international projects on occupational and environmental toxicology, on indoor and outdoor air quality and related health effects, and concerning prevention activities in hospitals. He is the Secretary of the Scientific Committee on "Indoor air quality and health" of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH). He has published more than 100 scientific and technical papers.
